Whatever the size of your household, whatever the nature of your
requirement, Love 'N Care® is here to provide experienced caregivers
for a variety of in-home services.
Postpartum Doulas: Certified by National
Associations, an experienced woman who is skilled in caring for
women and their families in the postpartum period. She provides
moral, physical, educational and emotional support at a time when
women need “mothering”. The new mother is the primary focus. She is
trained in newborn assessment, mother/baby care, breast and/or
bottle-feeding, breast pump instruction, sibling care, postpartum
blues, depression, and psychosis.
Lactation Consultants: Certified Postpartum
Doulas or R.N.’s, Lactation consulting is a highly specialized skill
requiring extensive specialized training.
Registered Nurses: R.N.‘s with nursing
backgrounds in Labor and Delivery, Psychiatric Home Health, Nursery,
Pediatrics and Breastfeeding. Our R.N.’s provide care to clients
that need help with breastfeeding, multiples assistance, sibling
care, postpartum depression and psychosis.
Baby Nurses: A newborn specialist who has
extensive experience working with new parents and their newborns.
Backgrounds include persons with nursing degrees, doula training or
years of experience. Their main focus is the newborn.
Nannies: A nanny is responsible for the
childrens’ physical, emotional, and psychological well being. Their
responsibilities are limited to those duties in a household that are
executed for the children. A Nanny may have formal training in child
development, or many years of experience. They usually work
unsupervised and domestic tasks are limited to those for the
children such as laundry and keeping their rooms tidy.
Mothers’ Helpers: Women who have little or no
experiences working with infants, toddlers and school age children,
they work under the guidance of the mother.
Multiples Specialist: A nanny who has at least
one-year experience working with twins, triplets and
quadruplets.
Companions: Women who will accompany the elderly
to doctor’s appointments, help with light housekeeping, meal
preparation, write letters, go for walks, outings, and read to the
elderly.
Massage Therapist: Certified massage therapist
specializing in prenatal, postpartum and infant massage.
Estate Managers: A minimum of 3-5 years
experience as a team leader with professional expert communication
skills coordinates the management of multiple properties and staffs,
boats and planes.
Household Managers: Some managers are
professional nannies with household responsibilities from errands to
computer research, along with managing multi-staff homes.
Butlers: Provide exceptional service, enjoy
being part of the family have experience running a home and pays
attention to detail.
Chefs: Professional in-home Chef experience,
usually transition from restaurant into private work.
Housekeepers: A professional person who will
meticulously clean the house and do the laundry.
CNA’s: Certified Nursing Assistants help
physically challenged and the elderly with personal care, meal
preparation, doctor’s appointments, outings, and companionship.
